pretty simple... the most important part of each chord is the tuning.  Make sure that you drop the B & E strings together, cuz it pulls a pretty ring out of your guitar.  (I discovered the tuning hint when listening to him introduce the song & tune his guitar.  It is obvious that he drops his B string.)
